Refund & Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, unfortunately.

For your return to be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Upon purchase of your order, you will be given up to 12 hours to cancel your order. We will provide you a full refund if you cancel your order within 12 hours. 

Cancel order requests must be with clear and reasonable reasons, basically items that have been purchased cannot be canceled, for approval of the canceled order we will review it and we will inform you by email to approve the request to cancel the order

REFUND POLICY

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment. The processing time might differ, depending on your payment merchant but it should take a couple of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund after a week has gone by, please check your bank account again. You should also contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is fully processed.

You can also contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for items on sale.
